Terms of Service

By accepting a quote, making a booking or continuing with a service provided by Angeli Horticulture, the client (‘you’ or ‘client’) agrees to these Terms.

Quotations & Pricing

1. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2. Our minimum charge is 2 hours at the applicable hourly rate.

3. Additional work requested or agreed as per a written quote will be charged separately.

   Client Satisfaction

4. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any services or utilities located in the area we are working (including gas, water, internet, irrigation systems). The client agrees that Angeli Horticulture will not be responsible for any damage to such services or utilities that we are not notified of prior to work commencing.

5. Angeli Horticulture prides itself on meeting client expectations by providing a professional and timely service. If the client is unsatisfied with the service received, Angeli Horticulture must be notified within 48 hours to offer a reasonable and satisfactory resolution. Photos may be required for reference.

6. Angeli Horticulture is not responsible for breakage due to normal wear and tear, deterioration caused by age, or damage caused by improper assembly or construction of an item.

7. The client must ensure full access to their garden during the service and remove items obstructing work areas. Any pets or minors must be kept away from the work site and should be monitored to ensure they are not interrupting the service. We reserve the right to cancel in the event we feel unsafe or are unable to complete the job.

8. We may take photos for quality assurance and marketing. If you do not wish your property to be photographed, please advise us in writing prior to commencement of work.

   Scheduling & Cancellations

9. Angeli Horticulture endeavours to confirm estimated start time 24 hours prior to work scheduled to commence. Please allow a 1-hour window for arrival times. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any services due to weather, traffic disruptions, material availability, worker availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. For any job cancelled by the client within 24 hours of start time, Angeli Horticulture may charge the minimum charge (2 hours) at its discretion.

    Payment

11. Payment is required within 14 days of the client being issued with an invoice.

    Exclusions

12. Due to health and safety considerations, we do not move or lift heavy items that are unrelated to the gardening services we provide.

13. Pruning trees or plants above 3.5m in height is excluded. We recommend clients engage the services of a professional arborist to prune trees above this height.

14. Removal of green waste or rubbish is not included as a standard service unless separately agreed at additional cost. However, we can help the client with composting plant material to reduce the environmental impact and provide multiple benefits to the garden.

15. Soil removal or excavation is excluded as standard, unless agreed in writing prior to work commencing.

16. Angeli Horticulture does not install, repair or work with artificial turf.
